Khalid has established himself in the Tauranga real estate market in 2016 and very quickly recognised the importance of specialising in a location and the benefits that can offer to his buyers and sellers alike. With the benefit of living locally in Pyes Pa, Khalid has concentrated his skills and knowledge in the very popular Lakes and Pyes Pa areas and while this does not limit his ability to market homes throughout the Tauranga City area.

Khalid recognises the importance of high impact marketing to attract the right buyers and competition when market conditions allow and is also quick to recognise changes in the market place to allow his clients to alter their marketing strategy to take advantage of those changes. Khalid immigrated to New Zealand in 2009 from his native Pakistan where, along with a formal education and degree in commerce form the University of Karachi, he worked for many years in his family Real Estate business and hence his transition into the New Zealand industry after further studying and qualifying locally.
Khalid speaks 4 languages (Urdu, English, German and Punjab) fluently and also has an exporting business marketing New Zealand products to the greater Asian marketplace. Khalid enjoys his leisure time with his wife and 3 children and they relish the opportunity to explore New Zealands many sights and cultures when time allows.
